An appointment
is required for all local computer services and for most remote access
computer services. The actual amount of time that you may have to wait
varies depending on the type of service needed and depending on my current
workload, but I will do my best to provide timely service to each and
every client when it is possible for me to do so.

desk after hours or on a Sunday afternoon.
