$80 Standard Virus and Spyware Removal
Applies to most cases. If a case is deemed to be extreme, you will be notified of the extent of infection prior to incurring further charges unless you have already approved the advanced removal services. At times when the viruses and other malware can be removed from your computer very easily, the price charged may actually be less than $80.
$100 Advanced Spyware and Virus Removal
Advanced removal will be charged for what are deemed to be extreme virus, spyware, or malware infections. If it is established that your computer is extremely infected, you will be notified before work continues on your computer. You will be also be charged the Advanced removal fee at times when a complete re-installation of Windows is necessary. (This includes help with the re-installation of Windows and with the re-installation of the device drivers. It does not include other 3rd party software.) This is usually decision-making time between looking to a local technician, sending the computer in for service, or attempting to try to complete repairs with our help by phone and through the Internet once a connection has been established.
